Proper qualifications to provide overall design service for power station
TBEA can provide overall solution and technical consultation service with high quality, full service life and minimum cost per kWh for photovoltaic and wind power customers. The Company has acquired Grade B certificate of new energy design in electric power industry, Grade B certificate of wind power design, Grade B certificate of power transmission project, Grade B certificate of power transformation project, Grade B certificate of engineering investigation and Grade C certificate of engineering project management and the Company has capability to undertake design and consultation business of new energy power stations (including photovoltaic power generation, geothermal power generation, garbage power generation and straw power generation and power generation by other renewable energy), wind power station and substations of 220kV or below, geotechnical engineering investigation, engineering surveying, type selection and assessment of photovoltaic equipment and quality evaluation of photovoltaic power station.
Integrated system to construct reliable and efficient new energy power station
TBEA has EPC capability of photovoltaic and wind power with 5GW annual installed capacity. By virtue of professional technical teams, strong engineering service ability, efficient management system of supply chain and excellent engineering management system, the Company can not only guarantee quality of power station but also effectively control cost and increase system efficiency. In terms of engineering design, the company can realize full-life assessment and analysis of power station by means of scientific project planning and decision making, comparison and selection of equipment and scheme as well as defined design. At present, 10 industrial parks have been built throughout China and the accumulative installed capacity of photovoltaic and wind power project is up to 10GW.
Excellent quality to supply products to global market
At present, TBEA has completed research and manufacturing of all series of 3kW to 5,000kW grid-connected inverters and all series of 3kV-35kV/1-120Mvar high-voltage TSVG products; moreover, the Company has completed research and manufacturing of the first ±800kV 5000MW extra-high-voltage flexible converter valve for DC transmission; in terms of intelligent micro-grid, the Company launches product of electric router based on photovoltaic generation technology with high energy efficiency and information network technology and thus realize flexible access and scheduling of renewable energy, interaction between energy flow and information flow as well as optimal configuration of energy.
Profession commissioning to guarantee favorable operation of power station system
TBEA specially sets up Electric Power Research Institute to be engaged in commissioning business of traditional thermal power unit, preventive test and performance test business of thermal power, power transmission and transformation, and new energy power station. In traditional thermal power commissioning: starting and commissioning of thermal power unit of 660MW or below, commissioning of subsystem and the whole set and calculation of fixed value; in test business: performance test and special test of thermal power, power transmission and transformation; preventive test of new energy power station.
Intelligent operation and maintenance to realize intelligent and efficient management of the whole industry chain
TB-eCloud energy management platform can be used for all-round and real-time acquisition, efficient transmission, accurate calculation, intelligent processing and multi-dimensional display of mass data of power station, which makes power station monitoring, production management, operation and maintenance management and investment analysis more simple and convenient and makes power station more intelligent and friendly. Besides, this platform can be used to alleviate workload of operation and maintenance personnel at the first line, increase rate of equipment utilization and generating efficiency and realize high-level operation and maintenance.
